question: wondering what i do here, artist slightly ghosted me after asking clarification on quote. am i overthinking?

it’s been a week since the original messages. quote changed but no notice until 3 weeks before the tattoo. slightly inconvenient since it’s meant to be all in cash. i know artists are busy but replies were quick prior. it seems that they’re a little unprofessional too and due to the area of the tattoo it requires me to be naked and idk if im comfortable with this artist tattooing me anymore. maybe i’m overthinking it?
